Interview Date  ( STEP 3 )

Dear Employer,


Having completed rating of all candidates ( for a particular Job ID ) and having selected some of them  interviewing ( in STEP 2 / Resume Rating Tab ), you must now fix an Interview Date


So you look-up the current status of your Interview calendar, to know which dates are free for interview.


Here is your current / up-to-minute, Interview calendar.


Just select any free date of your chart ( by clicking / pressing ) – then drag and drop it in the “ Interview Date Allotted ” column, against that particular Job Id ( for which you have completed rating / selected candidates).


You must click OK in the last column to confirm the date selected.


The moment you click OK, that date will disappear from the calendar – so no chance of making a mistake.

As soon as you allotted an interview date ( in Step #3 / Interview calendar Tab ), for any Post Job ID , and confirmed by clicking OK , you are automatically brought to this Tab.


Depending upon the total no. of candidates to be interviewed and the approx. time ( minutes ) that you plan to spend interviewing each candidates, you can “ Create” any number of Virtual Interview Cabins – each having its own / independent Interviewer.


Having filled in section A , click FREEZE. Then click
