His core competencies are Oracle Database Administration, Database and System Design. He has vast experience of software design and development. He has designed and implemented the in-house projects, which include the various recruitment related software’s. He has worked with Aptech ltd. As the database Administrator for 2 years.
Inderjeet Sethi

Mr. I R. Sethi is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Systems & Design. He has 35 years of Experience out of 20 years in HR.
Prior to joining 3P Consultants in September 2001 as General Manager-HR, he was with Larsen and Toubro Limited, Mumbai as Assistant General Manager – Personnel.
